Seminar on Artificial Intelligence (AI)

 The Lebanon SoftShore Cluster (LSS) in cooperation with The Centre for Innovation and Technology (CIT) and the Faculty of Engineering organized a seminar on Artificial Intelligence (AI) on March 28, 2014 at The Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK).

This free of charge seminar was given over 2 sessions by Dr. Hayssam Serhan, an expert in the field of AI from USEK. During the first session, Dr. Serhan provided an Overview of Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems as well as Neural Networks & Fuzzy Logic.

The second session was titled “Artificial Intelligence applied to real world applications”; during which Dr. Serhan demonstrated some real world applications of AI and showed how to benefit from it. The session also included R-Language application to Data mining.
